Private Client Finance is an independently owned and operated, South Australian mortgage broking business. We are NOT part of any franchise group.

We offer you a range of lending products and services designed to enhance your lifestyle, and assist you in achieving your personal, professional and family goals. We will listen to your needs and then recommend a loan package designed for your individual circumstances.

Our personalized service and over 20 years of lending experience, combined with our vast knowledge and up-to-date lending products, enables us to provide you with the highest possible standard of advice. As members of an aggregator, (F.A.S.T.) we have access to 32 lenders, including all major banks, building societies and credit unions, as well as Non-Conforming lenders.

We also utilize the most recent technology available with software that allows us to compare products and features across the range of lenders. This allows us to select, and recommend, the lender and loan product(s) that will best suit your needs, whilst taking away the stress of you having to shop around yourself comparing the multitude of banks and products available.

We source the best interest rates and fees available to us, do all the paperwork required to gain loan approval, and keep you informed every step of the way, leaving you and your family free to relax. Todd has been involved in the financial services industry since 1985. His previous experience includes several years as a Senior Bank Manager prior to establishing Private Client Finance.

Todd is a Full Member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), the mortgage industry’s governing body. Todd’s commitment to continuing education and his past qualifications and experience ensure that you are receiving quality advice and professional service at all times.

Our business continues to thrive by receiving referrals from our own clients which is testimony to the expert advice and personal service we provide. Our service and advice to you are completely FREE for all Home Loans and Investment Loans. We are remunerated by the lenders and these commissions are fully disclosed to you in the mortgage documents.

The commission paid to us by the lender in no way affects your loan, fees, interest rate or loan repayments. Fees for Business and Commercial loans are decided on a case by case basis due to the complexity of these loans, again, any fees will be disclosed fully to you.
